Led by Sarah Eagle – a neurodivergent consultant with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and decades of lived and professional experience – we apply practical, evidence-aligned strategies that help workplaces meet modern health, safety and inclusion expectations. We help organisations review psychosocial hazards, systems and culture against WHS legislation and Codes of Practice, then train managers to lead in a neuro‑affirming, legally compliant and sustainable way.
