Psychosocial Safety.
Neuro-Inclusive Systems.
Workplace Systems Built for Every Brain.

Welcome to Joy Diving Australia.
Helping organisations build neuro-inclusive workplaces and psychosocially safe cultures with evidence-informed audits, tailored risk mitigation and manager training.

Joy Diving Australia partners with organisations to reduce psychosocial risk, strengthen leadership capability, and design environments where all brains can thrive.

Led by Sarah Eagle – a neurodivergent consultant with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and decades of lived and professional experience – we apply practical, evidence-aligned strategies that help workplaces meet modern health, safety and inclusion expectations. We help organisations review psychosocial hazards, systems and culture against WHS legislation and Codes of Practice, then train managers to lead in a neuro‑affirming, legally compliant and sustainable way.

While we honour the role of clinical understanding, our focus is on workplace systems, culture and lived experience – not just diagnosis.
